This review is long overdue but for anyone going through a similar scenario, I hope it provides reassurance! Our poor kitten (10months old) came home with an injury affecting the left side of his hip back in December 2024. We were quickly referred to East of England Veterinary Specialist for surgery when we had found out his femoral head had completely broken away from his femur which needs surgery to rectify. We paid 200£ for a cast that lasted for about 2hours and when we asked them to help for us they said there is nothing they can do for us, there is no emergency service! They refused to give us back the money and said it is dog fault that happened. The dog was in our lap the whole time. Very disappointed because we only wanted the best for our dog and just because we do not have the money for the surgery we would not not deserve this ! I am after my cancer treatment and my partner is the only one who is working at the moment.... read more
We visited EoE Vet Specialists following a referral from our local vet, with our 8 month Shiba as he has issues with his hips. I was blown away by Martin and the team and the care taken with our boy during his appointment. I was so pleased that they put our puppy's healthcare before money and gave us advice on managing his condition before jumping straight into surgery. The most amazing, helpful and caring staff. We visited here after a traumatic week with our beautiful Labrador. Martin the Vet was so friendly and caring and fixed our boy. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Thank you everyone for helping Arnhem walk again and be the happy boy we all love x
