Shelby's east of chicago needs shut down. Over 2 hours waiting as I write this review. I called after an hour and a half and talked to a kid who sounded like he just smoked some drugs, never got a real answer as to what was going on. Still waiting...I'm sure the cold pizza will be stellar.

I've always liked East of Chicago until today. I placed an order of 20 BONE IN wings and received 20 BONELESS wings. Not a big deal because they've always been good about fixing their mistakes. Not today the manager was argumentive and rude. Basically saying I was lying!!' I said you can check my orders for the last 2 years and see that I've never ordered those. The sumter sc location sucks you can't even understand the people when they answer the phone and that's if your lucky to even get them to answer can the old owner or boss come back please used to be my favorite place to eat
Very good pizza. Can't beat the price. Loved the chicken bacon ranch. Will be back.
