The one is urchsville Ohio has completely gone down hill they are awful and the last 3 times has got our order so messed up. Tonight we never got our order and when I called they were completely nasty I will never order again. We order at least one to two times a week and also where I work we order probably 4 times a week and I will never order again. What a terrible place.
I ordered two subs, an apple fold over and a 2 liter of Mt. Dew. The Mt. Dew didn't make it and the subs were dry and seriously lacking substance. The tomatoes were virtually non-existent as well as any condiments. I get everyone has a bad day now and again but this was an over-the-top bad day for your team members! Truly, a $30.00 disappointment.

CANT LEAVE fb Msg here for this pizza shop, on Upper shop we visited-- We gave pizza shop specific details on how we wanted our pie done. IT WASN'T MADE RIGHT, AND PIZZA COST $41.00! They charged us $2.75 for onions, $2.75 for peppers on ONE half, scarce peperoni on my half, AND ZERO EXTRA SAUCE THEY CHARGED $.25 FOR! NO WONDER THEIR SHOP WAS EMPTY AND OLD PIZZA IN BUFFET WITH EMPTY CONTAINERS OF MAC N CHEESE... Toco. Pizza it’s the best
The “Chicago Style” pizza that they serve certainly doesn’t match the name. Or the pictures on the menu or in the store. This is ridiculous!! Not even close!
Picked up a pizza in Findlay, got home and found out it wasn’t what I ordered. Called the store and the only way to correct it was for me to come back and get another one, they couldn’t deliver. Really? Your screw up and I have to come back to exchange? The receipt even had the right order on it. No attempt to make it right other than to make a new one and us come get it. We ordered another one from somewhere else. Very disappointed.
