Tried three different pizzas from here tonight for the first time tonight and thought they all were great!!!

Shelby's east of chicago needs shut down. Over 2 hours waiting as I write this review. I called after an hour and a half and talked to a kid who sounded like he just smoked some drugs, never got a real answer as to what was going on. Still waiting...I'm sure the cold pizza will be stellar.

The food is good but shouldn't be an almost hour and half wait to get my food!!!! After I put in my order online it said about 45 minutes. Called a little after the 45 minutes which was about 6:53 and was told they got busy and it was on its way and it's still not here! Very upset especially when I don't live that far away
I've always liked East of Chicago until today. I placed an order of 20 BONE IN wings and received 20 BONELESS wings. Not a big deal because they've always been good about fixing their mistakes. Not today the manager was argumentive and rude. Basically saying I was lying!!' I said you can check my orders for the last 2 years and see that I've never ordered those.
