Unfortunately I’ve had a very poor experience. I was told that I needed a new roof to fix damp patches coming through the ceiling, however after having a new roof and paying a large sum of money, the issue has not been resolved. A further vent was fitted, however again no resolution to the damp I am having and no one has provided a diagnosis. Spoke on the phone, not helpful at all sounded like he didn’t want to do business to start of with. Asked why their is a price difference. No explanation put the phone down. Waste of my time phoning. I Work in a big business and will ensure our business will not be going to this guy regardless to specification of his product. You can plug it. Fool.

Placed 2 orders for cladding products to re-roof a workshop shed. Both orders were processed and delivered as promised. Delivery driver was very helpful. The office staff came back very quick with the quotes and delivery dates. Would use again.
