Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Had an engineer come out for a service. After he left I find out my hot water was not working. I called the engineer who did the service and he just said call the office and book in a fault. When I called the company I was number 6 in line to be seen to. Had me hanging on the line for three hours and then I gave up. Vile, vile. Vile.

You got more chance of winning the lottery and getting struck by lightning at the same time than getting through to these clowns over the phone. I have spent last 2 days waiting 1 hour and 2 hours waiting. Each time I get told I am caller number 2. Either they are lying or the caller before me each time was engaging in a very long call. I will tell D&G get rid of these clowns or I will get my boiler cover elsewhere. Very annoying

I had an engineer come out to fix a leak at the side of my house which was coming from my boiler. The engineer reported it was due to high pressure and a replacement plate needed to be fitted. When the engineer arrived at my house, he said I am not allowed to use the hot water. After completing the work and the engineer left my property I discovered I had no hot water. The engineer failed to tell me this. The work record job description did not indicate that there was further issues with the hot water it just stated blockage... read more

Impossible to contact. They rang me re boiler maintenance visit but I was out. Tried numerous times to ring them, but was either stuck for 5-10 mins as "number 2 in the queue" or " ... 5 ...". Rang D&G Complaints. Got through!! A lady said 'hold on, I'll contact them for you'. Never heard from her again as line went dead after a few minutes. My contract is via EdF and amazed they indirectly employ EMRM.
