We have just had our bathroom replaced by EMBR and are very pleased with the result. Richard is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He is easy to talk to and always makes the time to explain things to you so that you know exactly what he is doing. We have used his company before and are happy to use his company again.

Rich and his team installed a new boiler which had to be moved from its original site, it took 3 days and the install couldn’t have been smoother. They are a very professional team with Rich explaining what the plan was and how things were going throughout. They are friendly, communicative, punctual and thorough and we would highly recommend them.
