Wendy has supported and advised me through a programme of 'prehab' and rehab around major surgery on three tendons in my shoulder. She has provided invaluable advice and a brilliantly-planned, progressive exercise programme which has got me back playing tennis to a level I had feared might prove impossible. She is extremely experienced and professional and very thoughtful about the needs and abilities of the individual - we're all different! I cannot recommend her too highly.
I would recommend Wendy and East Finchley Clinic team to anyone who wants elaborate, expert, accurate and to-the-point physio care on time without any hiccups. I ruptured a tendon on my right arm at the worst time, right when the Covid-19 lockdown was announced by the UK Government.
