I wouldn’t even give it a star! No-one ever answers the phone, even when you receive a text to say call and book for a specific appointment for my one year old. And if someone bothers to answer, they’re rude and unhelpful. Most of the doctors are polite and professional, one doctor didn’t even listen to me and missed diagnosed me and wouldn’t continue my appointment as she thought I had a catchable condition again wasn’t listening to me. However the nurses are lovely! Definitely looking for a new gp!
Poor. Unprofessional. Why has there not been an investigation into this clinic. 126 reviews with an average star rating of 2. There is clearly an issue at this establishment. What exactly are governing bodies waiting for?
This practice really just needs to shut down. I have never in my life experienced service this bad. The receptionists are rude, the locum GP that dealt with my issue forgot to refer me for a scan, so 6 weeks later, I found out I had to wait another 6 weeks. Had bloods done, no results and when you call for results, you're waiting on the phone for an hour or more. Honestly, if anyone is reading the reviews before they sign up - please avoid this GP practice at all costs.
Awful, I Have had a few tests regarding my health. The tests weren't good. They said you'll have to get further tests. On the mean time my health has been deteriorating and they seem not to care. No appointments no nothing, nothing with the doctor, My old surgery at least the doctors would immediately call me and tell me what to do next etc, everything. Here's it's clueless. Worst GP ever. Don’t even bother signing up here. They waste your time, never pick up the call. And even when you do book an appointment they cancel it without even notifying you “due to some emergency”. Let me just add that I’ve been on call for the past 3 hours and I’m at number 2 in the queue of calls. That says some thing.
