I went for a running assessment after seeing something from their instagram that lined up with what I wanted The assessment identified some areas of weakness that I need to work on The staff were all really friendly - and they have access to equipment that helps assess your mobility and strength, that I haven’t seen elsewhere at other clinics (for my locality) The only mini issue was finding the place, as the name and braiding on the gym was a little different to the website - but otherwise, it was worth the visit Just need ... read more
I am so pleased I had my consultation today. You never know whether it will go well or not. It did. I am so relieved & pleased to be under such professional & experienced care. Looking forward to physically getting back to the old me! Thank you.
Had my first consultation today at East Devon Physical Therapy and they were amazing. Had my consultation with Scott Silsbury and he put my mind at rest straight away. After talking through what my problem was he gave me an assessment using their state of the art technology. After this I had a red light therapy and then a plan of action was put into place to hopefully lead to my recovery. Cannot praise them enough totally recommend to anyone needing treatment.
I am very pleased with the treatment I have received so far. Red light therapy followed by massage each time. After my first session with Scott, the exercises were emailed to me promptly (they open in an app with a demo and full description) and were reviewed at my third session with a demo of the additional exercises. I feel I am making progres and look forward to my next session.
!!!! What a place !!!!, cant fault Guy at all, super knowledgeable and very keen to get me back running as I was pre injury, I got a very detailed assessment of my self and he explained it all to me very well , told me what my faults / imbalances are and now we are going to work on them all , I've just signed up for there 6 week rehab running program even though they are and hour drive each way away from me but well worth the drive , Many thanks
