I have a serious issue with this company and I will post on facebook..... 1.I came from Newport News Friday with plans to buy the red 2004 f150...when I got there I was told it was at detail...I waited 1HR...truck got there 1. NOT DETAILED 2. BOTH BACK WINDOWS HAD BLOCKS IN THEM 3.DOME LIGHT MISSING. BUT the biggest issue was... I heard a lifter tap.the "mechanic" said.... So far not happy. Car had trouble code come on as soon as we left the lot. We turned around came right back. And there guy was gone. Brought it back the next morning as we were told. They just want to replace the sensor that gave the code and do nothing about the actual problem. Will take it back tomorrow so they can replace the sensor and see what happens from there.
We bought a vehicle in November with a we owe you and for months we would get a run around that the wrong part came in, the guy who fixes that is out, we will call you back.... and so on. They let their employees screw you over and then blame it on you! They also draw out the we owe you until it’s no longer valid! Be aware they get bad safety inspections. Whoever they get a safety inspection through will pass it when it shouldn’t pass!! We went to get our safety inspection today and part of the we owe you that they never fix... read more
Bait and switch. Check was made out then went to get paperwork and changed the price 400 more.
My sister purchased a Lexus from here 2 weeks later wheel bearing went bad wheel almost came off while driving, called and called got the run around never heard from them again
