Numerous issues to try and resolve. Picking these up one at a time. Very relaxed atmosphere. Feeling I am now winning the battle, with remedies to get me back on track if I start to wain.
It’s only been a couple of days since a session with Ailsa and I feel like a huge pressure has been lifted .My anxiety has settled ,im feeling more confident and have stopped overthinking etc Ailsa was very understanding and friendly.I highly recommend Ailsa to anyone with anxiety ,confidence issues esp horse related.
I cant praise this woman enough. Ailsa has helped me many times over the past couple of years and got me through some pretty tough stages in my life. From heavy anxiety, fears, insecurities to just helping me acheive in a job or relationship. She is very professional, approachable, honest, understanding, knowledgeable and an amazing human being who dedicates her life to helping others. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing professional help.
