The customer service was very poor. I would have appreciated more knowledge about the menu and how their nigiri is prepared, etc. It was my first time visiting but I hope out of all things the customer service is put as a priority.

Delicious food and consistently good service make this a must visit when in Durango. We have enjoyed every meal we've had here. The NY NY Roll and the East by Southwest Roll are two favorites.
