Yesterday I phoned because my cat was having difficulty swallowing. I got through straightaway to a receptionist who was kind and understanding and gave me an immediate appointment. At the appointment the vet was clear about the problem, the cost, and next actions and possible outcomes. My cat was treated and we took her home a few hours later. Some grass was lodged in her throat and she had lost a lot of weight. The cost of £275 was well worth it. Thank you so much for your compassionate care.

Very rude the receptionist , I called today to ask the price for an appointment . She asked me which vet I went before and I said that I went to pdsa (a charity vet) , so she said to me that she doesn’t have appointments for free I said im not asking to get an appointment for free I am asking the price . She said again that she doesn’t have appointment for free and when finally she told me the price she said that there are not appointments available and told me to go to another vet . We recently had our cat, Tirtil, spayed here and everything went incredibly smoothly. There were no problems at all, and she was already feeling great by the second day. A special thank you to her vet — unfortunately, we don’t remember her name, but she was a young woman who truly stood out. She was informative, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. It was clear she genuinely loves animals, and she made the whole experience even better for both us and Tirtil.

Had my little multipoo checked and treated here on Friday. The veteran was so kind and gentle with her and so friendly made me feel at ease and was brilliant with Lily.
