My husband and I both had a very bad experience with a trainee receptionist at different times and because of her dismissive attitude I had no choice but to come to the surgery in person. Out of desperation I came into the surgery asking to speak to the office or reception manager. Unfortunately, I was told that the manager was on holiday. I had an appointment over the phone in June that was cancelled in the last minute, and yesterday I had another appointment over the phone, which was not cancelled, and I simply received no calls from the GP no even an apology, this is appaling, I pay taxes in this Country since 2005 and I am treated like this now.

I used the e-consult this morning and had a face to face appointment by lunchtime. The duty doctor was kind and compassionate and I’ve left feeling cared for!
