Very professional company from start to finish everything went smoothly. Highly reccomended.
Rogue traders to be avoided! Doorstep salesman pressured my elderly mother to pay £3600 for repairs to her roof, one man made a brief visit and made the leaks worse, so now the timbers are soaked and the ceiling is damaged and despite many promises of coming around to finish the job started 3 months ago no-one has been and done the job. We've now contacted Trading Standards and a solicitor
£2100 for one window in a garage!! Ripped off our elderly Grandmother. Shameful behaviour
Well what can I say, what a great job East Anglia Home improvements Ltd have done on two flat roofs. From start to finish everyone that we came into contact with was friendly & efficient & the finished job that the two brilliant builders had done is great, thank you
They phoned my elderly mother offering to carry out review of her flat roof and other aspects of the property. Asked if anyone else was with her at the property, Then advised her they would send someone that afternoon. Fortunately I was able to get round there before the salesman and deal with the situation. My mother never wanted them to come round, but the person on the phone kept pushing so mum eventually agreed to it but was very nervous about any visit.
