We had 11 Windows, 2 doors and 2 bi fold doors installed recently and have to say we have had fantastic service. We were quite sceptical given all the up and down reviews, however we were informed that the company recently changed hands and seemingly for the good. All installed in 4 days, all windows and doors finished incredibly well and left clean and tidy. Craig and Oscar who fitted our windows are absolute professionals of their craft. We had a quote for a roof renovation from a rep called Pete and the work was done within a few weeks. Very happy with the end result and can’t believe how much of a difference it’s made. Would definitely recommend.
Had my roof done very pleased with it. But trying to get in touch with East Anglia Home Improvements is a definite challenge and a no no, I must admit I was surprised when I said to one of their employees I will phone them, he said no wait for them to phone you. WHY DONT THEY ANSWER THE PHONE ?
Strongly advise you AVOID this company like the plague. We are still trying to get our conservatory roof sorted after it was incorrectly installed approx 6 or 7 years ago. Many many visits by managers & installers - all admit it wasn't done correctly but despite endless phone calls and some site visits it's still not resolved. All that's been done so far is to slap some silicon on the joints where it leaks which obviously fails soon after. Empty promises to call us back - must've made dozens of phone calls to no avail. We ordered new windows for our bedrooms. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and efficient. The new windows were installed on April 29th 2025. The fitter arrived promptly, fitted the windows with minimum disruption and cleared up any mess, which there was very little of! We are very pleased with our new windows, great service all round. Thank you all very much.
