Had wax removal for my 8 year old who's been having problems with tinnitus and ear pain, her ears were completely blocked. My daughter has sensory issues and she was approached so gently, wax removal was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
Great service, gave advice prior to home visit for my elderly dad. Was quickly able to remove hardened wax that another well known service was not able to do. Dad really pleased, 5 stars all round.
The communication with Gurshan was fantastic from the start I text her in the early hours of the morning and received a response first thing in the morning and she was able to give me an appointment on the same day. She was so friendly and informative and cleared my blocked ear quickly and I felt the relief instantly. I would highly recommend her to others and would use her again myself l. I've got no complaints! 5*
Very professional and calm manner. Rang last min on a sunday and she came 2 hours later. 10 min service, very quick and efficient. Thank you so much, will definitely use again and recommend.
