Is there a problem with the reception staff being polite with patients? It cost nothing to say 'please' and 'thank you'. Maybe trying to look as if you are enjoying your work would be a positive gesture as well. Treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself!!!!!

I am writing to express my growing dissatisfaction with the poor functioning of my local GP practice Earnswood Medical Centre . Making it harder and harder too make an appointment obviously heading towards privatisation it’s disgusting. Also saying the receptionist can’t make an appointment for you, take us back 70 years when everything was easy and there was a lot of common sense around.

I don't understand how a practice can be so bad, the new method of booking appointments is backwards and the staff just don't care. An update on this review with how incompetent the staff are, my mother rung for an emergency appointment due to finding a lump and they scheduled an appointment for five days later, we then got a call from Grosvenor saying this should be a case that's seen on the day and it's unacceptable procedure that Earnswood have delayed such a treatment. im now without my medication ( heart and blood pressure ) my request has been turned down twice now' there closed for easter, that means i'll have no medication for over two weeks, im really angry we have become secondary to migrants. this is an update to my last complaint ' so there even worst now turning down medication request's.
