After wasting my time travelling to see cars that were not as described thankfully I came across Earlsdon Motors Coventry. I purchased a BMW 430D Gran Coupe, and although the mileage was above average for a 66 plate the car it was exactly as the photos and description described. Kay is friendly and approachable, after sales care has been impeccable and I absolutely love the mini from him .
Kay is a great guy to work with. Never felt any pressure from him at any stage of the viewing or buying process. Cannot recommend him more.
Recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf R whitch is in great condition and love it of Earlsdon motor company great communication and patient guy, during in the purchase my banking decide to go down he was patient and very understanding and made buying a car easy and took my old car of me for a great part exchange price. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: I had a slight issue with one tyre. I rang Kay, and he was understanding and was prepared to rectify the issue immediately. He paid for a tyre replacement, and communication was faultless. This level of sales after care should be hugely commended. Kay was super lovely, Very friendly and easy going. He was also happy to accommodate a late viewing, on a Bank holiday for me. I love my new car, and it looks, drives, and feels even better than described. Thanks so much Kay, and team :)
