I had a very positive experience buying a BMW from Ads. I appreciated his flexibility, accommodating my test drive on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had about the car. After I decided to go ahead with the purchase, on the day of the collection he kindly picked me up from the train station, and we finalised the sale, which went smoothly. Earlsdon Motor Company bid for my BMW 320d M Sport via Motorway. Abs came to collect and pay for it and he was very thorough in ensuring the details I had given of the vehicle were correct and complete. A full electronic diagnosis check was carried out, as well as a check on the body condition and a full test drive. Abs was exceptionally pleasant and polite. I sold a car to Earlsdon after an auction on Carwow. My experience was that the owner was very polite, assessed the car thoroughly and fairly and paid immediately. Given past experiences with main dealers who seem to rely on their customers accepting a derisory offer, it was actually quite a pleasant surprise.... Bought a car from Kay in July. Car was as described if not better. Great buying experience no hassle or pressure from Kay. Nearly 3 months into owning it right at the end of the warranty i unfortunately had a auto gearbox issue that could not have been known about at point of sale.
