Outstanding service from beginning to end. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who also offered to make me a drink while I waited. I arrived early and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment at all. The clinician was very friendly and made me feel at ease and the wax removal procedure was done within a couple of minutes, I was also given plenty of useful information for the aftercare and to help in the future. I recommend this clinic more than highly. Thank you to the team!

First time I have ever had this done. Reception team friendly and helpful. Everything explained before and after. Happyily I manage to have an ear check and wax removal done all in one go If my hearing does not improve with the removal of the wax, I would confidently return here for my four hearing test
