I was very pleased with the service I received from Ear Clear Hearing Care. I was able to get an appointment at a time that suited me (without a long wait). On the day they gave great service and explained what was happening. The bottom line is - they professionally cleaned the wax out of my ear. Only one ear was blocked so that is all I paid for. They didn't try it on by selling me ear cleaning for the ear that did not need it. If I need my ears clearing again I wouldn't hesitate to go back to these people.
I cannot thank this clinic enough for the amazing care we received. After coming back from holiday, my 10-year-old son developed sudden ear pain. I have had an earring problem for weeks. Decided to go to this clinic in Coulby Newham. Excellent receptionist who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Met John my Audiologist who was fantastic!! So experienced when treating my problem and made me feel very comfortable. Going back next week to see John for I check up. I would really recommend this Clinic 10 out of 10

My hearing in my right ear went suddenly on Friday. It was blocked with wax. This happens fairly regularly for me. I need to be able to hear for my job next week so I looked online on Saturday morning and found this company. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I can now hear and I was only in there for about 10 minutes.
