I could not recommend Simone enough. She is extremely personable and patient. I had a few years of build up in both ears and Simone carefully removed most of it, but could see some was remaining so very kindly gave me some ear drops and said she would return the following week once the drops had had time to work. She's been back today and I feel like a new woman! I will definitely be using Simone going forward. Thank you!
