My 17 year old son was struggling with the rigour of his A level year, finding concentration difficult and experiencing quite a lot of anxiety as well. I was looking for a recommendation for a hypnotherapist to cure my fear of flying but couldn’t find one through friends. I found Richard online and it is no exaggeration to say he has changed my life. I had a number of sessions with Richard and thanks to his expertise he has singlehandedly cured my fear of flying, I hadn’t flown for almost 10 years and after his course I have now been on 6 flights in the last 12 months.
