The club house needs to be remodeled. The price is ridiculously over priced. Oh my weak car radio was to loud for them.
Beautiful apartments and amazing staff! The office staff are very accommodating and friendly. The grounds are always clean and amenities are never ending!
It's super....if you like over priced apartments and possibly the worst internet I've ever had the displeasure of being FORCED to use. Don't bother calling the actually Internet company. We have. 15 times. 14 of those times we were told they would call us back. They never did. The last time, they came out and said it was our cord that was the problem. So we paid to replace it. It's even worse. I called the apartments. They said they'd call back. What a surprise...they didn't. I can't wait until my lease is up.
The amenities are great. But I felt like I lived in an overgrown fraternity house. Always glass alcohol bottles by the pool, blasting music, as well as unattended kids. You can tell the apartments were poorly built, the floors and walls seem to be paper thin and I could hear my downstairs neighbor constantly. The staff doesn't enforce any rules, besides making sure you're out of the pool by 10. I placed several noise complaints and nothing was done besides management telling me I could leave. Apparently someone applied for an apartment using a good friend of mines info for these apartments. Now they are harassing him and sending emails that he is responsible for some application fee. Unbelievable, I would not recommend these apartments at all for anyone living in the great state of Utah.
