Horrible place to live. Our upstairs neighbors are rude as can be. They are constantly stomping on the floor which is our ceiling, if we pound the ceiling tell them to stop they get even louder. They have poured buckets of soapy water on our balcony. They have have had raw meat sit in the hall way where someone was stepping in it and tracking it with them, and it sat there for 2 weeks till someone finally cleaned it up. This place felt like home right when I walked in. The people are super nice and extremely helpful. I love how much this place really has a special place for animals especially for dogs! ♡ Thank you for making this place feel like home.
Great staff; they are always quick to resolve any issues and answer my questions. Maintenance is speedy in fixing the few problems I have experienced. The amenities here are abundant; my favorite is the square garden you can rent for free and grow what you want. My wife and I love it here.
Don't bother. People let their dogs crap all over the place. Even inside the stairway landings of the buildings. Called many times to ask them to have it cleaned and They did not remove it. It Was There all day. Itll probably be there for 2 weeks like last time. Has happened more than once. Should I mention how you can't even walk around the play ground either?
I've lived here at Eaglewood Lofts for over a year now, and I'm surprised at how much I've loved it. I was worried that it might be noisey and full of college students because of the proximity to the U of U, but it turns out - it's actually quite peaceful and there is a great balance of families, couples and students. All my neighbors are kind and respectful. The management and maintenance staffs have alsways been very helpful and courteous. The amenities are great, and our pups love the dog park here. Nice from the outside, but looks are deceiving! Run! Don't walk. This place is awful! It is filthy! The front office area is nice and is strictly for show. There was a guy in the front office named Dave that was friendly and after learning I was from Texas and loved to bass fish he told me about the great pond they had and I wouldn’t need a fishing license. It was a couple of months after moving in we walked down to the pond to see it roped off and signs saying “No fishing”...Continue Reading
