This place is getting infested with crime. Just today my friend's motorcycle was stolen from this place and management is doing nothing. Please save yourself a massive headache and don't rent here.
Holy moly, the complaints on this complex are immense. For the amount of rent charged on these three issues being continually brought should never be happening. I'm dad because there's amenities sound incredible. It's a shame!!!
I've had good experiences working with management...until it comes to noise. The dog above me HOWLS ALL DAY LONG. I've called multiple times for MONTHS, and nothing happens. I've called the office, courtesy patrol, the sheriff's office, and animal control (suggestion from office). I've even emailed videos to the office- no response. This isn't just a matter of noise (working from home is a joke; I have to take conference calls in my car because the noise is so embarrassing) it's a matter of animal neglect.
