RecommendedI really love the High Ceilings and the natural light from windows in our place it helps the space to feel open and uplifting. I am also impressed at how well the grounds are kept its really clean.
We have lived here for two years and to be honest, what a waste of money for two years.... You’ll be fooled by the high ceilings and the granite countertops. But don’t be. If you live facing south you’ll die of heat in the summer. Our bill for our AC is close to $100 this month alone. Not to mention we also have to pay community fees for the clubhouses and pools. I do not recommend this facility. The actual apartment while I lived there was ok, although I would make sure to double and triple check the fees going in. When it was all said and done, I was paying almost $300/month above the rental amount in fees and "utilities" (which I was told were "included" but they are not in fact included in the rent amount, but rather "included" on the bill, but they (Jake) only said "utilities are included" when I was signing the lease). Great place to live, just sign for my third year here. I really like the community garden and dog park. It would be nice if my fellow residents would do better at cleaning up after their dogs.
Staff is great and the apartments are very nice and affordable! Will definitely renew our lease!

I am in my second year at the lofts. I love my home. The people here are awesome. The office staff are great. They are very helpful and I am proud to call them my friends. The maintenance staff are over worked but always respond within hours to my requests. I put a request in this morning about my heat within hours they were at my home and fixed my heat. It was a simple fix something I should of thought of it myself, but wasn’t made to feel dumb. The only thing that wood keep me from not signing for another year is the rent.... read more
from what I've heard this is a truly awful place to live. they are very scandalous, and try to scam people out of money and will tack on late fees even if you've already paid rent, trying to get you to pay twice. Run! Run for your lives!!!! it's not worth and trust me will be a rend miserable experience for you.
