Have a decision maker in house maybe? Actually email over the leasing contracts when someone requests them? Don't charge somebody a "month to month " fee when they've asked for contracts and you guys didn't send them? I mean that's just a few ideas.

I love living here! Been here for 2 years almost and there’s no where else near downtown that gives you this much value for your money. I’ve recommended it to many friends. Super fun in the summer.

Okay so I’m the type that looks at reviews with a grain of salt because honestly a lot of them people complaining because they didn’t pay rent on time and got a fine or something. So I’ll try and leave a fair assessment. First off the apartment is not all bad. It was nice and clean and ready for us to move in. The people at the office were friendly and helpful and responsive.
