Some of the staff here are rude and unhelpful, on many occasions I have been spoken to disrespectfully which is a shame. For example this morning I Called to make an appointment as advised at 830, spoke to a rude and inpatient woman. When I asked for a couple of specific doctors she said abruptly ‘and what is wrong with Dr…….’? Why shouldn’t you be able to ask for the GP you are happy seeing? Been here loads of times over the years. Never had a bad experience!
I saw Dr Iloekwe today and the care I received from her was exceptional. She listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me. This is the second time I have seen her and both times she was not only kind but followed up with everything she said that she would do. Exceptional GP service!
Eaglescliffe Medical Centre, provides an excellent patient experience. All of the staff I have dealt with, have gone above and beyond to help. I have never had to wait for an emergency appointment. I am very lucky to be in the catchment area of such a wonderful surgery.
Always receive excellent service from the practice, recently used their system one platform and have to say I was very impressed!! All sorted and prescription waiting at the pharmacy within the hour.
