The main lodge rooms are seriously outdated!! Very musty smell. Public area in lodge also tired and front desk not friendly.
We traveled to Galena for the weekend for a business trip. This was the only place that had a room available, and it was a villa, so I took it. The villa was clean, but extremely outdated and the bed was not much different than sleeping on a cement block. You could hear and feel the springs every time you moved. Extremely disappointed, especially since we paid a fortune for the room. Unable to get a good nights rest as we had anticipated.
This place is so beautiful. We be back with my husband.
