We planned to honeymoon at Eagle Ridge and our home flooded after only one nights stay. They were unwilling to refund the other nights and said they would send us. Voucher so we could at least come back and use the nights we paid for. We never received a voucher and they've ignored our calls. What a horrible experience!

I have been coming to Eagle Ridge for 10 years now with my family & every time we have a blast. Its the perfect get away they have great friendly staff!

We were married at Eagle Ridge 5 years ago. We came back the weekend of our anniversary and the resort looks pretty bad. Our 269.00 a night villa has 10 cigarette burns and tears all over. I pre ordered cheese, crackers, and a bottle of wine for my wife. The crackers came in a styrofoam box. It certainly appears the cheese was bitten into and the wine never showed up. Still will have fun though.

We visit twice every year for the Great Balloon Race and Thanksgiving. The lodge rooms are incredible and the lake views are amazing. Crystal in guest services has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Minutes from downtown Galena which is the very definition of picture perfect small town USA. We are always looking forward to our next Eagle Ridge getaway!!
