We had a wonderful long Labor Day weekend for a family wedding. I can't say enough about the friendly staff and beautiful venue. The house that we stayed was great. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space as well as eat and play together. We had everything we needed with plenty of towels. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing weekend attending a wedding with a gorgeous setting. I would definitely recommend this resort to couples wanting a getaway!

The trails surrounding the hotel are awesome & Sunday brunch was fabulous. I wish I could have stayed longer!!!

This review is for the SPA. I had a deep tissue massage on Sunday with Stacy that was horrible! No structure to the massage, way too much pressure (even when I requested her to not push so hard), and I have bruises all over my body now. I am also really sore. For the record I get deep tissue massages often at other locations and have never experienced this problem. The prices are way too high for such a poor experience.
I went to Eagle Ridge for an Anniversary weekend. They never told us that we had to make reservations for ANY meal in their restaurant. We were very hungry for dinner and the restaurant sent us away with half of the tables in the restaurant open. Same for breakfast but the manager that morning found a place for us after staring at the computer for 10 mins. Again there were many open tables.
Eagle Ridge went above and beyond for my wedding this past weekend. Every guest was treated so incredibly well - they couldn't stop raving how amazing the location and staff were all weekend long. Megan Carter and Rika (sorry if the spelling is off!!) were truly the most amazing coordinators and we couldn't have done it with out them. Megan especially went above and beyond at every step in the planning phase and even on the day of the wedding.
