Accidentially stumbled upon this gorgeous oasis on Galena, next time around we'd love to explore the ground more.
Eagle Ridge is a beautifully furnished high-end resort with many fantastic amenities surrounded by a picturesque landscape. It is most unfortunate that their staff is rude and unaccommodating. We were ridiculed regarding booking changes (this was desk and customer service staff) and hotel restaurant waitress was so unprofessional and insulting (because they were busy) that we felt very unwelcome. It is clear the staff are not happy to serve the clientele. Until their hiring gets better, go to a Galena B&B instead.
Stayed for two nights for a conference. Villas were a bit dated, not super clean, and not totally equipped as advertised. Pools were only in decent condition and had a lot of bugs in them. The shuttle staff on the other hand was very friendly, and the views of the area are beautiful. Overall though not a high end resort at all.
