Don't bother with this doctor surgery The front desk attitude is so terrible Just make up any lies to get ride of you.
I received a text message from the surgery saying I missed an appointment. It was supposed to be a follow up appointment but I never received communication from the surgery for such appointment. I called surgery next day to get their mistake rectified but she was totaly unhelpful and she advised to ignore the text message and didn't even offer help to rebook the appointment. If i could give a 0 star i would i have been trying to get an appointment for my anxiety and depression medication and i cant because of that stupid patches telefone and thing which by the time you answer all those questions and correct it theres no more slots left. That is 2 week trying to get 1 appointment. Unfortunately it is the only gp on my radius and cant go to any other.
