I’m a landlord and I had a guaranteed rent agreement with them. They didn't do any reference checks on recent tenants who ended up growing illegal substances, resulting in a police raid and the electricity being cut off. Eagle Hills Global didn’t even bother to notify me. With no electricity or heating, the pipes froze and burst (even though they were asked to take measures to prevent it face to face) and there was a significant damage to the property.
