I would like to know why is it taking so long for AMC Properties to produce an itemized statement for what my $****** application fee was used for? **** 19 ***** New Application Fees under ******** Law clearly states that management is responsible for getting this information to all tenants and whatever isn't used should be returned to the tenant. Where do I begin… the first 2 months we didn’t have Wifi and management kept promising to get it fixed, which when they finally did, they left a huge hole in the wall which got fixed 12 months later. Our A/C and heater never worked when we wanted it to because it kept breaking. it was 90 degrees in our apartment for weeks. They are extremely unprofessional and could careless about your issue then throw in your face how much they spent trying to resolve your issue when they never resolved it but think they did. they avoid question and make you repeat yourself they use to there advantage by thinking by doing that you will just accept It and move on. I have lived at Bloom24 in Phoenix for about 6 weeks. My refrigerator has been broken for three of those weeks. I have put in three maintenance requests and have received a response on each one stating that the request was received, verified my phone number and stated that they would be contacting me shortly. That is where things end. I’ve read all the reviews and it seems to be a pattern. Customer service sucks they all need training. I put down a $4500.00 holding deposit i12/2020 never signed a lease looked at a unit and was informed it would be ready on 12/26/2020 on 12/23/2020 3 days before moving I received a call from Miramonte and Trovas in Sacramento California stating the unit would not be ready until 1/18/2021 with everything packed up and the holiday was unable to cancel my movers I lost $1000.00 they offered to put me in a unit without a stove... read more
Very poor customer service. Trying to tell me this is what's "fair" no, sorry, you're just using that to gaslight me and make me believe you can't do anything to help the situation. I work in customer service - there's always a solution or way to help a customer. You have decided to be disrespectful and treat your tenants poorly. I highly recommend NOT moving into a residence managed by AMC LLC.
These guys are the worst to deal with. They have the worst managements in their complexes. I have called too resolve issues and they never call back. They don’t care about the customers just the money.
The management at the Charleston Apartments in Sacramento on Norwood Avenue is awful. The property manager should not come in contact with the public. She has no regards for her residences. She only cares about the numbers. Probably doesn’t know more than 3 people in the entire complex by name. She should be kept behind locked doors. Her regional manager is likely the exact way as she taught her. There must be professional property managers with a good personality employed at AMC.
