Company *****. They bought Turnberry of holiday in December 2021, our release was set to renew January 31st 2022. We weren't even given a copy of the new lease to review until 8 days into our 30-day required notice period to not renew. I applied for an on an apartment on Thursday, 3/10. I was told the apartment was available and would be ready for move-in in June. On Friday 3/11 I called 15 times, left a voicemail, sent an email and could not get a hold of anyone to get the status of my application. I finally got a hold of someone at 4:31 pm on 3/11 and was told I was declined for income and skip/eviction from 10 years ago at their sister properties. ALL of the reviews are spot. AMC bought the apartment complex we were living in, and we have literally seen the difference between 2 apartment management companies in real time. Since they bought the property, utility bills and payment schedules have been thrown out the window. We are getting utility bills from 2-3 months ago, which we had ALREADY paid to the previous management. Con artists , overcharged for rent every month , nothing gets fixed , and ive never heard of a gated community with broken gates and doors , Ive been here for a year and my rent went up $250...neighbors with the exact same apartment that moved in afterwards are paying LESS...police here twice a week MINIMUM as anybody can come in as they please , sons car was broken into , lease office agent said they couldnt view camera footage without police coming and report...neighbor had all 4 wheels stolen with car left on cinder block... read more
Pleasant springs apartments is ran by ****** a property manager from AMC. She is very unprofessional and is charging us a late fee when we called multiple times and we have documentation of that, that if we paid our rent since we kept seeing it in our bank both times ******* assured us we did. There property at El parque is trash The staff is rude and very racist ! I heard the property manager and maintenance guy called children in 48 black trash. The staff doesnt fix anything and its dirty. No security and rent constantly changes! If you want stable rent and professionalism this is not the place for you! My son and his girlfriend went to the movies. They paid $12.29 for dine in tickets. Instead of the $6.99 ticket. So double. This is where a server comes and takes your order and then brings it to you while you watch the movie. When they get there dine in service is go to the counter and order and we will bring it to you. But instead of sandwiches and milkshakes. The ONLY option was flatbread pizza and fountain drinks. Which they didnt want. They opted for candy. The ************ Aparments in ****,**. Can you supply advertised amenities that we are charged monthly for. Pool and hot closed due to maintenance not knowing how o chemicals in past, pool pumps out for months hot tub heater out for a month. No refunds offered. Out of propane every 2 weeks. They dont pay there bills to propane company even though we are charged every month and pay for it. Water flooding courtyards that we pay for and it goes down the storm sewer drains.
