I would like to wholeheartedly congratulate the driver of an Eagles aviation van who decided to run a zebra crossing just off Sheffield common in brentwood this evening, despite clearly seeing a pedestrian and a dog waiting on the crossing well in advance of his approach! Well done! I bet the few seconds you saved will go towards a good cause 😀
Would give 0 stars if it were possible. My bag missed my connecting flight but I was promised by Turkish airlines staff it would still be delivered same day. They said they tried to deliver at 10pm but didn’t ring the doorbell and didn’t phone me. They gave no further communication about next steps. Finally got hold of them and they said either I can pay £60 for them to try and deliver again OR I have to pay £20 to collect the bag myself from their depot. Completely useless - no way to contact them and they give less than 30 minutes warning that they are delivering your bag
Could not rate Eagle Aviations service better! Emirates properly botched the situation, had no idea where our bags were. As soon as Eagle took control of the bags we were provided with regular updates and a 30 minute time frame of when to expect the bag delivery. Right on time. Great service. Hope you don’t have to use them as no one wants lost bags but you’re in good hands if you do!!
If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. There is no proper customer service (Arrogant and disrespectful towards client ) at all. They claimed they attempted delivery and no one was there, even though I clearly instructed them to leave the item with reception. This agency has been a complete disaster. I’m honestly surprised they’re still operating despite so many negative reviews and low ratings.
