In November 2024, once again the BBC News did a segment on these people. Look it up. It says it all. And again these people continue their practices. There is hope though. It’s called RTM, is easy, cheap, and allows you to get rid of these leeches once and for all. My fellow leaseholders and I went that route and kicked these horrible people out. We have never looked back.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Never were there a bigger bunch of crooks. I unfortunately have experience of Eagerstates Ltd. as the service company for the flat I own. They charge extortionate rates for sub-par or non-existent work. Their web of affiliated companies is wide, nepotistic and willing to collude in ripping off owners, while their lawyers help to keep them in business finding loopholes in legislation. They should be locked up.
