I rented a property through Right Room, but it turned out to be managed by EA Real Estate. Unfortunately, my experience when moving out was very stressful and frustrating. There was an attempt to withhold my deposit, and I had to go back and forth multiple times (mainly with Yasmin)who seemed intent on retaining as much of the deposit as possible, citing different reasons along the way and shouting on the phone. Was incredibly traumatic and dehumanising renting with this company. In particular yasmin the property manager was a bully, any attempt to rectify mistakes make by them, which were seriously affecting our quality of life, was met was gaslighting and bullying tactics. Completely unprofessional, no regard for the quality of life of their tenants whatsoever.
The worst, most dehumanising experience having the EA team as our agency for our rental property. Horrible communication skills, held our deposit for 6 weeks without a reason and claimed we couldn’t make contact with them and that we had to wait for them to contact us. Luckily we didn’t succumb to their scare tactics but putting this review here to warn future tenants who are matched with this agency.
