The worst, most dehumanising experience having the EA team as our agency for our rental property. Horrible communication skills, held our deposit for 6 weeks without a reason and claimed we couldn’t make contact with them and that we had to wait for them to contact us. Luckily we didn’t succumb to their scare tactics but putting this review here to warn future tenants who are matched with this agency.
Best estate agents so far Highly recommended
I was cold called by these people but on examination I would say steer clear.
