If I could give this company zero stars I would. The WORST car rental experience of my life! DO NOT rent with this company, as their word and reservation process means nothing and their customer service office is atrocious. I reserved a vehicle months in advance and when I got to the rental car stand to obtain my car, I was told that there was no car available for me and that they could not help me. Arrived to longest line I have ever seen, which was at least three times longer than anything I'd seen before. Waited over an hour and a half. Terrible experience, terrible operation. If I could rate them a zero I would have as that's what this form deserves.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before renting with EZ Rent-A-Car. First of all, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! They claimed I didn't drop my rental off until 2.5 hours after I actually dropped it off. I was on a plane when they claimed that I did. They charged me $33 for the "extra day"!! I was able to get a refund, but I wonder how many others they've done this to that didn't notice. I have had 2 bad rentals in a row including this rental in Montreal, and my last rental in Denver. 1) I arrived in Montreal, went to the car rental building, and no E-Z. Nowhere in my emails from E-Z was there anything about having to call when I arrive and be picked up by a shuttle. I called their 800# and after 30 minutes on hold, was connected with a rude person that actually hung up on me when I voiced my displeasure. Despite a "confirmed" reservation placed a month in advance, I was told on Sept 15, 2017 that NO cars were available. I received NO help in finding an alternate vendor and was treated in an extremely rude manner. It took me over an hour and a half to find a car on my own (at 10pm) after going to five other car vendors. I actually thought I would have to spend the night in the terminal. This company doesn't know ANYTHING about "customer service."

We rented from E-Z Rent-A-Car in Orlando by using rentalcars.com. We were given one price when we reserved the car, but to our surprise was charged over $30 more when we returned the car. However, we had to catch our flight and had no time to dispute it. Then almost a month later I am charged an additional $27.25 because we declined the Sunpass daily charge of $10 per day and had to go through the Sunpass 1 time (in the 2 days) due to not having enough cash on hand. it sad That EZ car rental don't care about there customers, very unprofessional and there is no one to complain to except BBB i do not recommend EZ car rental for no one i did a big mistake to rent from them they are very rude and they play games with customers i call 9 time and they keep hanging the phone or put me on hold are give me a not true statement jest to dismiss me very sad EZ car rental i hope you lost lots of customers and money like i lost time and money with you .

I wish I could give zero stars if it were an option. I was given conflicting information by multiple agents and customer service employees regarding my rental. In a nutshell, I was given one price for my return and upon arrival was given a price almost double of what the agent over the phone told me. When I contacted customer service, I was transferred to the English team in Manila, Phillippines and was told a supervisor would handle my issue. I recently flew into Denver and was going to a wedding with 3 other guest and an infant and 4 full sizes bags of luggage. After the 30 minute wait for a shuttle after a 4 hour flight with an infant, we arrived at EZ-Rent-A-Car to have to wait in line for another hour to get our car. My car reservation at EZ-Rent-A-Car was for a Toyota Sequoia. When I got up to the counter the employee told me that they no longer had any Sequoias.
