Absolutely a scumbag company. Made reservations for a 12 passenger Ford transit Van. Checked thee times to make sure they will have it. Of course they showed up with a who knows how old junkie. Then from somewhere got another junk, Irresponsible people barely speak English, charges are not correct and modify it. Shame of the car rental world. More info if you need: Thank you

This agency uses borderline fraudulent practices to charge upgrade and insurance fees. My reservation was for $200.12 for a week. I was offered to upgrade for $280.00 and I specifically said "Only $80 more, I'll take that". He then proceeded to ask if I wanted insurance and I stated no that my insurance covers me in a rental car. They then have you sign and initial on a digital pad that does not show you what you are signing (My fault for not asking but should be able to trust a business to not blatantly lie). We arrived in Orlando at 10:15am on June 15th. After getting our luggage we went to the rental desk. My husband waited in line over 30 minutes. Then, when it was finally his turn we were told that they didn't have the SUV (midsize) that we booked in February. My husband stood with your clerk for over an hour while they tried to find a vehicle for us. All while, I'm trying to entertain our 3 year old daughter who's extremely tired. This is a fraudulent company that is using electronic signatures to scam their customers into overpaying for their rental cars. Not sure how BBB comes up with an A+ rating and they only have 1-star reviews. The forged an invoice with our electronic signature after disputing the charge with ****.

At first I was disappointed when I saw my receipt emailed to me after I returned home and I found a charge called FPO at $50.30. I called the 800 number and a diffucult language barrier did not result in any satisfaction for the charge and what is was about. Second person at CS hung up on me and this time I googled for the ownership of EZ Rentals and found a number to call. Probably the worse rental car company in the world. I had to spend nearly 90 minutes in line at the Austin airport while the lone agent spent 20 minutes trying to upsell each of the four customers ahead of me. The agent tried to sell CDW, toll pass, and other unnecessary add-ons to every customer. It was attending a timeshare presentation! The agent even admitted that it was "a requirement of her job" to spend at least 20 minutes trying to upsell all customers before releasing the car to the customer.

Renter Beware! On a recent rental I clearly declined verbally any additional insurance, as well as toll program and I would fill up the tank before returning. My daughter was with me and also verbalized that we did not want any add-ons. I expected NO additional charges. The agent at Orlando International Airport pushed us several times on all of these additions to which we said NO. Then he had me initial that I was declining any additional insurance. Best experience ever with Tom at Phoenix Sky Harbor! First class service with an incredible rate. Extended my rental a couple times with no hassle etc. I have already recommended them to a relative who was hesitant because of stupid reviews. I'm currently making another reservation today! First time I have taken the time to leave a review .
