I will NEVER EVER use EZ rent a car and NEVER recommend it to anyone. My rate from 1 to 5 is really 0 (ZERO) I have several reasons for my comment as below: 1- I rent the car via 3rd party website for 2 days at Montreal Airport(Jan 3~5, 2019), before I book it, it did not say that I need a shuttle to go to the EZ location 2- I had to call EZ rent a car to send me mini van to their location. 3- I had booked a " Nissan Altima" but they gave me a Nissan Venza which is a size smaller than Altima, once I complained the person who... read more

Upon rental I declined to make use of the toll pass in Orlando as I knew the tolls would only be a couple dollars. I made sure to turn off the toll pass transponder and also obtain receipts for each toll where I paid cash. I was then charged on my credit card by EZ for 54 dollars in toll charges. When I reached out they will not reimburse me even though I have evidence that I paid cash for the tolls and did not use their toll pass. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND KEEPS GIVING!!!! This Company is shady as all get out.. They charged me twice for the same car. Disputed my dispute with the Credit Card company and after 6 months and the credit card company continuing to side with me. They send me to collections. They are like a disease that won't go away. Not to mention the normal stuff, customer service is foreign to them, when returning the car, the guy was rude and obnoxious.

One star is a compliment to this business. When I checked in they asked if I wanted insurance and I said no. Got me to initial in a bunch of places declining the insurance and it turns out I was initialing to accept the insurance. Totally tricked me. I filled up on the way back and called them as I was going to be 15 minutes late. They charged me an additional weeks rental as a penalty. Words can't even describe this outfit. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, BEWARE- RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I made reservations to pick up the vehicle on October 27th at 6am. I arrived to the counter at 530am and wasn't even greeted nor did I get a good morning. The gentleman told me that the car wasn't there, "Go have breakfast and come back ". Reserved a car at E-Z rent a car online through ***************. Upon arrival to pick up car I was told they have no full size cars on the lot. If I cancel reservation I lose the total amount and still have to find a rental car, or upgrade for an additional $250.Went ahead and upgraded. You must look over your car in the dimly lit parking lot by yourself at 1am in the morning to check for damage to vehicle. EZ rent a car at Atlanta Airport has deplorable customer service and a the employees have a complete lack of competence and integrity. In addition to that, their vehicles are worn and torn. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

My $197 car rental through booking tuned into a $500+ after being told I needed all these extras. I was also told by blond attendant that $200 was a deposit and now I am being told I won't receive deposit. Shady business ethics. Car smelled of bad body odor and I was never taken on a walk around. Vehicle had several scratches and I had to cal back and advise I wouldn't pay for those. Will never use or recommend this company.

Just terrible. Ft Lauderdale Rental from 8/31/18-9/3/18. Rental agreement was for $264.36. I was supposed to return my car at 7pm on 9/3. I returned at 7:25pm after sitting under an over pass to stop the water from coming in the Mustangs back windows. The rain slowed and we finished driving to the airport. I told them about the window and they said they were aware. I said you knew about this and sent us in a car that the window won't go all the way up in. He just looked at me.
