Rented many times with EZ....then all of a sudden we started getting extra random charges to our business charge card. I submitted inquiries through their web site and followed up on these for over a month with no response other than their original computer response stating that the issue was noted and I could expect a reply with in 48 hours. 2 months later and no reply. Will never rent from them again after using them as many as 40+ times. Great way to treat a loyal customer!!

This company is a rip off, stay far far away! We rented a car in Phoenix Arizona and were quoted 171.20 for the week, when we got our final bill it was 330.37. They had added all sorts of surcharges to our bill, $88.53 of which was not a tax but fee's the company claims they charge everyone! BS! they could not even explain these fees to me outside of you are being charged for our facilities! WOW really? Complaints fell on deaf ears and they did nothing but be extremely rude on the phone. Easily the WORST rental car company possible. First of all, it's located offsite from the airport, which EZ failed to mention . The rental location was run down an dirty. Customer service was poor. Once I stepped into the car it had empty pop bottles and garbage wrappers inside... and the exterior hadn't been washed.... Then when I inquired about dropping off the car early to catch my flight, they instructed me to drop the car off at a hotel 10-15 km away from the airpot. Read the fine print......and then ask what it means. Recently rented a car from this company in Phoenix. I made reservations on line. Arrived on Monday, March 27. Reservation stated: Supplier Choice Compact or larger or equivalent special... Or equivalent special means when you arrive, they are conveniently out of the type of car requested (for us it was compact). I flew to Denver in business on March 8, 2017, and rented a car from EZ rent a car at the airport. I stood in line for an hour and a half even though I had pre-approved booked the car rental. I then waited an additional 25 minutes to receive my car. It was just pulled up at the parking lot and no one said anything thus I wasn't certain if it was my car. The staff was impolite and very short.i had the car for 3 days, and when I returned it, there was a line of over 50 people waiting for a shuttle to the airport and no busses.... read more
