A very pleasant place to visit, nice people. Considering high cost for diagnostics, still couldn't pick up that car had a DPF blockage which simply needed cleaning and regeneration. Root cause was mass air flow (intake) sensor. This would have cleared drivetrain error. Surprisingly got this work completed at Part Worn Tryres 4 U!!!!!
Just spoke with the receptionist and she was a delight. They were busy, and she did have to help others during our call but she was kind and helped me make an appointment. Once she realized the issue might be due to my gear box she gave me the phone number and location of a specialist to go to instead! Very happy with my interaction with E- Tech!
