Just spoke with the receptionist and she was a delight. They were busy, and she did have to help others during our call but she was kind and helped me make an appointment. Once she realized the issue might be due to my gear box she gave me the phone number and location of a specialist to go to instead! Very happy with my interaction with E- Tech!
Great service and a friendly team
So took my BMW in this garage around August time 2024. I had been experiencing a squeak in a Rear wheel. Took to other garages and they couldn't find issue. This garage had for less than 48 hours and had rectified the issue and at a low expense. Was really thrilled with the service and would 110% recommend for all BMW issues.
