Avoid if you need progress. I was told “nothing to update” for months, only to find the Land Registry had been waiting on documents from the seller’s solicitors. I had to chase them myself to get things moving. Very poor communication.
Have used EJ Winter twice in the last 8 years for conveyancing. They have been unbelievable! Responsive, helpful, and go above and beyond. Thank you so much to Kelechi and Christopher - we were dealing with some particularly difficult and unresponsive solicitors elsewhere in the chain and Kelechi handled the whole process wonderfully and got completion through for us whilst working to a short notice deadline.
