Ordered a cargo bike and had a few teething problems. Although took a while to organise a visit for the repairs, Jack came out to help and repaired everything without a bother! Real superstar and would definitely recommend based on their after care!
Bought a bike off these guys was defective and broke within a week with the wheel wall giving way I was told my child on stabilisers must have been using a stunt ramp to cause the damage. By looking at the other reviews I can see this company won’t last long!! Avoid at all costs!!
Everything seemed good until the product became faulty and the stand off attitude from the supplier telling me I’m lying about how the issue happened. Now have a distraught 7 year old without a bike and having to go Purchase another will avoid and will tell anyone I know looking for a bike to do the same.
I used CycleScheme to buy an e-bike through E-Bikes Direct. It was super easy to do, and they have been very helpful and responsive, and my bike arrived in less than a week. I'm over the moon with it, it's going to make my life so much easier! Thanks so much everyone!
