Disappointed. Was promised a quick turnaround for a simple front wheel replacement – “ready in 1–2 days.” Two weeks later, still no wheel, just repeated vague promises like “tomorrow” and no real update or explanation. The staff are polite, but being nice doesn’t help when you can’t rely on the service. Ended up sourcing and fixing the issue myself faster than they could even get the part. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them for anything.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, kind, and polite – I genuinely have nothing bad to say about them as people. However, the service was extremely unreliable. I brought in my bike needing just a new front wheel. I was told it would take one, maybe two days. But even after a week, nothing had been done – and every time I asked, I was told, “Tomorrow it will be ready.” This went on for two full weeks.
