Fantastic service .. great guys
Top notch service every time! Reasonably priced, quality vehicles, fair, honest staff and owners and no surprise charges or attempts to rip you off. We don't hire cars from Stansted airport anymore, we get a taxi to EA cars and hire from them, every time. I fully recommend this company.
Do not hire from Here. Due to move house Saturday had van booked which they cancelled after trying to call 1 time! Within 3 minutes of missed call the booking was cancelled. Spoke to someone over email to say they had another van, phoned up to speak to someone directly spoke with Craig who was very rude and unhelpful and said he had no more vans available. Was unapologetic just said there’s nothing he could do didn’t even apologise. Awful customer service definitely wouldn’t recommend or use ever again.
I have not used this business as a customer, but I have had serious and deeply troubling personal dealings with individuals behind it — and I feel strongly that others should be warned. The business is operated by the son of a man who, in my personal experience, has used multiple identities across jurisdictions, has a trail of failed ventures, and makes grand claims about multimillion-pound deals which, in my view, never materialise.
